The importance of building detailed customer profiles was underscored, emphasizing the need to track and follow up with potential clients to lay the groundwork for future business cooperation. The company will fully leverage its proprietary cross-border e-commerce platform and independent product website to integrate online and offline channels, expanding the reach of the “Cloud Canton Fair” and providing customers with a more convenient and efficient transaction experience.
